Responsibilities




What You'll Be Doing





  • Inspire and guide your team to create lasting impressions by delivering impeccable guest experiences that align with the sunny vibe of our new property.

  • Lead the front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out procedures, accurate reservations, and seamless billing while maintaining a high standard of service.

  • Take charge in resolving guest complaints and issues with tact and professionalism, ensuring every guest feels heard and valued.

  • Foster communication across departments, ensuring a unified, energetic team that works together to anticipate and meet the needs of our guests.

  • Cultivate a team that's knowledgeable, confident, and passionate about delivering our story and values with every guest interaction.

  • Oversee daily reports, maintain guest databases, track inventory, and support key administrative duties with attention to detail.

  • Create an upbeat and inviting atmosphere, ensuring the front desk area always reflects the vibrant, welcoming energy that The Sunny stands for.




Qualifications




What We're Looking For





    • Prior experience in front desk or supervisory roles within hospitality, preferably in a dynamic, high-traffic environment.

    • A natural leader who knows how to motivate and develop a team while maintaining a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

    • A deep passion for ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience, with the ability to create memorable moments that reflect the sunny spirit of our brand.

    • Proficient in hotel management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite; ability to quickly learn new software and tools.

    • You excel in high-pressure situations, finding solutions that enhance guest satisfaction while maintaining smooth operations.

    • Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to adapt quickly in a constantly evolving environment.
