Long Term HR Generalist Contract Opportunity 100% Remote
Contract Salary: $25-$27 Hourly
Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies
Manage full recruitment cycle
Conduct exit interviews
Act as a resource for employees, resolving issues, and promoting positive employee relations
Support performance management process
Assist with some payroll duties
Qualifications
3-5 years of as an HR Generalist & full cycle recruiting experience
Bachelor's Degree is a plus
Previous Construction Experience is a plus
