Long Term HR Generalist Contract Opportunity 100% Remote



Contract Salary: $25-$27 Hourly



Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies


• Manage full recruitment cycle


• Conduct exit interviews


• Act as a resource for employees, resolving issues, and promoting positive employee relations


• Support performance management process


• Assist with some payroll duties

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of as an HR Generalist & full cycle recruiting experience


• Bachelor's Degree is a plus


• Previous Construction Experience is a plus


• Support performance management process
