Responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator, you will assist with the following:
Prepare and manage weekly reports on completed maintenance jobs for customers.
Communicate project status and plans with customers via conference calls and detailed reports.
Ensure timely submission of generator repair quotes and update customer databases as needed.
Review project statuses to ensure proper billing and resolve billing questions in collaboration with managers.
Maintain effective working relationships with customers, colleagues, and technicians.
Route and schedule technicians to meet efficiency goals and customer expectations.
Verify materials are accurately captured and billed.
Assist with monthly budget forecasts and ensure projects stay on track.
Proactively manage field operations to comply with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
Be available to respond outside of normal working hours when required.
Qualification and Requirement
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
2+ years of administrative support experience (preferred). Experience in managing technicians or direct reports. Construction estimating experience is a plus.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) and Google Sheets. Strong computer and technology skills with the ability to learn new software with ease. Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate project progress effectively.
Job Details
Type: Full-time, in-person role.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts. On-call availability, including overtime and weekends when required.
