Job Description:
Conduct due diligence of loan documents to ensure proper loan setup and servicing of the loan.
Identify potential risk of any coverage issue, deficiency, or lapse in coverage.
Provide top notch customer service to investors, borrowers, agents and other internal staff.
Monitor and collect various documentation and monitor expiration dates.
Audit insurance certificates and policies to ensure conformity with investor and company regulations at renewal.Ensure proper compliance, applying guidelines and procedures that may require detailed exceptions.Provide recommendations for the course of action based on findings.
Prepare comprehensive written analyses of complex issues for investor and/or management review.
Monitor and update monthly loan reports utilized by investors and management to analyze potential risk.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree (highly preferred) in the business or finance areas; or insurance related industry
2+ years of credit analysis/underwriting experience within commercial, residential, insurance, or similar loans or policies
Customer service oriented; looks for ways to add value beyond customers' immediate requests
Ability to identify and analyze risk,
Additional Info:
Schedule: you can choose your own hours after training between a 6am - 8:30 am start time (off no earlier than 3pm). Ideal schedule is around 8am - 4:30 pm M-F.
Location: 100% onsite to start in Bloomington, Minnesota. Once training is completed, you're able to work one day anywhere per week and 4 days in office.
Pay: $65K-$80K + annual discretionary bonus (will go up to $88K for commercial industry experience)
