We're on the lookout for a Data Analyst to join our People Services team in Columbia, MO! We're seeking a seasoned analyst who's ready to dive into the world of people data and drive impactful insights.




About the Role:



As a Data Analyst in People Services, you'll play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting data that helps us support our employees and enhance their experiences. This isn't just about crunching numbers-it's about digging into the stories behind the data and helping our team make smarter decisions. You'll work with everything from talent and diversity reports to creating insightful self-service dashboards.


Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Jumping into People Services report requests by gathering, organizing, and analyzing the necessary data from Workday
  
  


• Building complex dashboards that make it easy for teams to find what they need at a glance
  
  


• Owning Prism Analytics-think of it as your playground for developing and managing data from Workday to create powerful reporting tools
  
  


• Keeping an eye on data accuracy with smart governance and audit processes
  
  


• Digging into hiring and attrition trends to help us keep and attract amazing teammates
  
  


• Finding new ways to make Prism Analytics even more valuable for the team
  
  

About You:

• 
  Avid Analyst: You have significant experience as a data analyst, especially in systems like Tableau, SQL, or Python
  
  


• 
  Data Translator: Translating complex data into insights that are clear and actionable for non-technical audiences is your jam.
  
  


• 
  Strong Curiosity: You're eager to learn our systems, understand People Services operations, and uncover opportunities for impactful analysis.
  
  


• 
  Workday Understanding: While not required, extra props if you have prior knowledge or experience working with Workday reporting.
