Location: Hybrid (3 days per week from Deerfield Beach, FL)
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Perform requirements gathering and clarifications with the technical team, leveraging agile techniques.
Document in detail business and system processes and requirements
Strong collaboration and communication with technology teams, business teams and subject matter experts to perform daily activities.
Lead assigned initiatives, communicate status, issues or risks to management and stakeholders
Identify the business impact of system issues and facilitate communication as appropriate to stakeholders
Provide management with detailed summaries and execution plans to address key issues, trends, project to support transition and change management recommendation
Surface areas of opportunity for system and process improvements to address recurring requests and/or incidents
Engage with business partners to effectively understand and shape sprint prioritization
Engage and communicate with senior management as appropriate
Qualifications:
BS/BA degree
2-5+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst working on projects teams with a primary focus on Agile methodologies
Strong requirement documentation experience
Experience in functional design, configuration, and process alignment with a quick understanding of systems and solutions (technical knowledge - backend applications/systems/integration)
Experience with software and systems development life cycles (SDLC) - preferred
Experience with Azure Power Platform (Power Automate) - nice to have
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) - nice to have
