The Opportunity
EDC is seeking a Project Manager to work on a wide scope of construction jobs around the United States. Project Managers lead a project team comprising a Project Coordinator and Superintendent(s). This position will supervise various projects ranging from grocery, retail, and entertainment, to self-storage.
What You'll Do
Work closely with the preconstruction department during the pre-bid phase.
Oversee a Project Coordinator and Superintendent(s) assigned to your projects.
Own all project financials, maintain strict budgets, and complete projects on time.
Supervise project progress and provide frequent reports on timeline, progress, adjustments, and projections.
Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget using software like Sage 300 and ProCore.
Build strong relationships with team members, clients, and subcontractors.
What We Expect from You
Bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, or engineering, and 5+ years of relevant experience working in industrial, grocery, retail, entertainment, and self-storage.
Proficient computer skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs.
Self-motivated, able to analyze problems and strategize for best solutions.
Sage 300 and Procore systems knowledge preferred, but not required.
Excellent ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
Must have permanent authorization to work in the US.
