The Project Manager, Operations role specifically supports licensed Product Design processes and projects. Partnering with departments across the business, this role will provide requirements and process development, optimization, and integration, ensuring that the intersections between departments and between businesses are operating effectively in support of the strategic goals and business growth of all categories.
Responsibilities • Develop and optimize asset procurement and management process for key categories and products • Document current and new processes with mapping, workflows, swim lane charts, ARCIs, etc. • Establish clearance process for legal/BA/Talent submissions, partnering with Product Design teams, • Studio Partners, Legal, BA, Commercial and other key stakeholders • Collaborate with Studio partners, Archives teams and other content providers as needed • Identify and assess tools and systems that can expand capabilities or improve current approaches • Assist in identifying resource needs within the organization for new processes and initiatives • Assist in development and delivery of key reports and presentations as required • Establish timelines and manage projects to meet key milestones based on business calendars • Maintain comprehensive project tracking to monitor and report project progress • Develop, document, and adapt harmonized processes for licensed product design as needed
Basic Qualifications • 5+ years of project management experience or related work experience, including but not limited to: management consulting, product management, requirements development, business analysis, or a similar position of analytical and operational rigor with a focus on defining business processes • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external communication • Proficiency with PC and/or Mac Office and process management software programs • Analytically minded with Excel proficiency in basic data analysis and insight generation
