Apex Systems has an immediate need for a Desktop Technician with a large healthcare provider in the Baltimore, MD

Pay - 25/hr (non-negotiable)

Location - Baltimore, MD

Length - 6 months with possibility to extend

Job Description

The primary role of the Desktop Technician is to assist in the various projects the client is completing, such as a fleet replacement for all devices in the hospital as well as assisting with a Windows 11 update.

Requirements:

• Office 365 experience
• Previous refresh or migration project experience
• Helpdesk experience preferred
• Fleet replacement knowledge
• Windows setup knowledge
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and SCCM
• Deployment experience
• Strong customer service skills
