JOB TITLE: EPIC Analyst- Willow
CONTRACT DURATION: 13 weeks
SHIFT: M-F 8-5pm
LOCATION: Rockledge, FL (Hybrid- needed onsite once a month)
ONBOARDING TIME: Expect 2-3 weeks from offer acceptance to start date.
PAY: $50-53hr on W2

DETAILS ABOUT THE POSITION
The Epic Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the Epic EHR (electronic health records) systems within the organization. To do this, the Analyst works closely with healthcare providers, IT staff, and other business stakeholders by providing a customer centric experience. Also acting as a communication hub, this position coordinates the information technology activities for their assigned areas based on user requirements.
Willow Inpatient experience required - Looking for help with clinical content, including medication build and order set build - Comfortable working with pharmacists / physicians to interpret and incorporate feedback into their build - Attend SME meetings, communicate capabilities and limitations, relay weekly progress / barriers to manager - Pharmacist background not required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field • Work Experience:
o Experience in healthcare, specifically areas in inpatient, ancillary, ambulatory or revenue cycle
-Experienced full Beaker implementations with experience with Data Innovations (DI)/MRT/CCV/Integrated testing.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Understand user workflows, core functions, and processes of the supported business area which may include inpatient, ancillary, ambulatory, or revenue cycle.
2. Coordinate with clinical end users and apply knowledge of user workflow to assist users in defining requirements.
3. Designs, configures, tests, troubleshoots and maintains programs/applications.
4. Apply detailed knowledge of system functionality to implement new applications and modules.
5. Document business requirements, current and future state workflows, and any custom builds as appropriate.
6. Coordinate and participate in all testing phases of associated applications during implementations and upgrades.
7. Research and resolve issues with external and internal resources as needed.
8. Provide support during go-live events, including during standard off-hours support times.
9. Lead small and medium-sized projects with minimal managerial oversight. Develop key project management tools, including project plans, issues logs, testing plans, and go-live events.
10. Responsible for ongoing on-call duties for incidents outside of business hours.
11. Participate in cross-training for personal development and to ensure adequate secondary coverage on all applications.
