Lead the design, planning, configuration, documentation, deployment, and top-level support of computing infrastructure technologies.
Collaborate with the Network & Telephony Manager to establish and uphold documented standards for network and telephony technologies, ensuring compliance.
Manage changes to the production network environment, partnering with vendors for updates.
Resolve escalated incidents and engage in problem management efforts.
Stay informed about industry trends and recommend improvements to the firm's technology.
Assist in negotiating and recommending software and hardware purchasing agreements.
Participate in or manage cross-functional team projects to implement new or updated technology.
Provide cross-training to other IT staff on technology use and maintenance.
Effectively manage medium to large projects, including drafting project charters.
Help maintain a lab environment for development purposes.
Exhibit professionalism and a positive attitude in interactions with internal teams, external clients, and vendors through various communication channels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
Palo Alto Security Engineer certification.
8+ years of experience in relevant technologies and business skills.
