We are seeking a skilled Power Automate Developer with a proven background in automation and workflow development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate, AI Builder, Power Apps, and related tools, to design and maintain process automation solutions.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to analyze requirements, develop automation software, and ensure the seamless integration of automation tools into real-time and analytical systems. The ideal candidate will also guide the platform's setup, development, and maturity while adhering to best practices and ensuring comprehensive documentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain process automation programs using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Work with Power Automate, AI Builder, Power Apps, Dataverse, and connectors for Oracle and SQL Server.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and propose optimal solutions.
  • Develop both Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps and maintain Power Pages.
  • Use tools like RESTful APIs, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, and JSON for integration and customization.
  • Perform unit testing, documentation, and after-hours support as needed.
  • Provide technical guidance and recommendations on platform integration and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of application development, system analysis, and testing in IT.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • 3+ years in Power Automate RPA/DPA integration and AI Builder for digital document/invoice processing.
  • 3+ years of Power App custom application development (Canvas and Model-driven apps).
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Pages, and Power Fx Formula language.
  • Proficiency in RESTful APIs, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, HTML, JSON, and Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with pre-built/custom connectors and secure data source integration.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Power BI Integration.
  • Power Platform Developer Certification.
  • Agile methodology and teamwork.
