We're looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to be a cornerstone of our ServiceNow initiative. Here's what makes this opportunity stand out:
What You'll Do:
Platform Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge of ServiceNow, especially ITSM, to develop and enhance a unified ServiceNow environment. Familiarity with all platform components is key (UI macros, various modules, etc.).
Mentor & Lead: Guide and mentor a team of experienced developers transitioning from Remedy to ServiceNow. Be the subject matter expert they can rely on.
Integration Mastery: Work extensively with the Integration Hub, leveraging out-of-the-box and custom API integrations, including E-Bonding.
Drive Innovation: Collaborate on greenfield implementations with minimal technical debt, ensuring a forward-thinking and innovative use of the platform.
Phased Rollouts: Play a critical role in ongoing ServiceNow projects, including the rollout of the Employee Center and upcoming upgrades.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Extensive experience as a ServiceNow developer, with a solid background in JavaScript and full SDLC lifecycle. Ideally, experience with newer ServiceNow versions.
Platform Breadth: Deep understanding of ITSM (most critical), with familiarity in ITOM and SPM as nice-to-haves.
Mentorship Skills: Proven ability to mentor seasoned developers new to ServiceNow, fostering a unified, innovative team environment.
Integration Expertise: Strong experience with Integration Hub and API-based solutions, with a focus on E-Bonding.
Agile Approach: Agile experience is a bonus as they look to pilot the Agile way of working for the organization.
