We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Scheduler to oversee and manage various construction project scheduling from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of construction processes. This role requires effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage project schedules using tools such as Primavera and ProCore.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Utilize construction management software for tracking project progress, including Bluebeam for document management.
Prepare and review construction estimates to ensure accurate budgeting.
Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any issues that arise.
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations on the job site.
Manage communication between stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction project scheduling or a related field.
Strong proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Primavera and ProCore.
Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and software like HeavyBid.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong understanding of construction processes and best practices.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
