Our Manufacturing client based here in Houston is looking to add a Desktop Engineer to their team! The Ideal candidate will have will have at least 4 years experience in a Desktop/IT Support role, Have experience trouble shooting software and hardware issues. In-depth knowledge of Active Directory support, experience deploying mobile devices using an MDM, and be a great problem solver.
Responsibilities
Creating software images for Endpoint devices
Creating SOP's
Trouble shoot software and hardware issues
Provide Support for O365 and Windows operating systems
Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in a Desktop / IT Support role
Advanced understanding of Active Directory
Proficient with Office 365
Experience with Desktop, Laptop and Mobile Device imaging with MDT, Intune or SCCM
Preferred
SOTI MDM
SCCM OSD
Apple Business manager and Google Paly integrations
