We are seeking a dedicated and organized Director of Education to oversee and enhance our programs in Medical Assistant, Electrocardiogram, Patient Care Technician, Phlebotomy, and Nursing Assistant. This role is essential in ensuring the effective delivery of services while fostering positive relationships with clients and community partners. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for program development, management, supervision of staff, and student compliance ensuring that all activities align with our mission to promote behavioral health and well-being.
Responsibilities
Train and supervise program staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, and external relationships.
Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and outcomes.
Prepare reports and documentation related to program performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
Facilitate training sessions for staff on best practices in program management and relationship building.
Maintaining supplies
Instructing classes on limited basis
Email communications
Implement policies and procedures
Cultivate new externship sites and student externship placment
Requirements
Proven experience in administrative roles related to program management or development.
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
Experience in supervising staff
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Microsoft Word and Excel
National Certification in Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, and EKG
