As a Data Designer you'll process organize structure or present data to make it meaningful for business decision making and to position data-intensive projects/programs for success.
You'll be an integral part of a project program or team and perform a variety of tasks related to identifying business partners analytical needs and obtaining collecting organizing and interpreting data.
You'll perform analysis and interpret results providing insights and recommendations.
This may take the form of thematic maps reports charts tables and other analytic visualization.
Required Skills:
6 -8 years of Strong data analysis data modelling and data mapping experience.
Strong SQL writing and debugging experience is required.
Strong experience with relational & Hierarchical database data wrangling from flat files Athena and other similar sql querying tools.
Hands on experience with IBM Infosphere/ Erwin or other modelling tools preferred.
Awareness to modern data centric tools is preferred (Informatica Snowflake Databricks).
3+ years of Cloud technology.
Awareness to Python scripting language.
Experience in design to ensure data integrity data security high availability usability and trustworthiness.
Continuous flexibility able to work in multiple different technology stacks.
Experience developing and implementing complex data and analytic solutions which meet business needs within tight time frames.
Experience with software development lifecycle.
Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Experience working with ESS Business Teams and knowledge of ESS Business Terminology and Policy/Claims Data Elements.
