We are looking for a seasoned specialist in Epicor Kinetic, a comprehensive ERP solution. The selected individual should possess a minimum of five years' expertise in Epicor ERP platforms, emphasizing workflow optimization, system efficiency, and maintaining data integrity. This position involves collaboration with IT teams, manufacturing staff, and business stakeholders to enhance system operations, support processes, and facilitate data-backed decisions. The role is a full-time, on-site opportunity.
Primary Duties
Oversee the configuration, improvement, and maintenance of the Epicor Kinetic ERP system to align with organizational objectives.
Work with key business stakeholders to identify requirements, document processes, design workflows, and pinpoint areas for system enhancement.
Implement and fine-tune solutions in Epicor Kinetic to enhance operational productivity and efficiency.
Develop and maintain analytics, dashboards, and reports that highlight essential KPIs and enable informed decision-making.
Conduct periodic system reviews and validate data to uphold system accuracy and data reliability.
Diagnose and address technical issues in Epicor Kinetic while offering training and technical assistance to users as needed.
Keep up-to-date with Epicor's new features, updates, and patches, ensuring enhancements are integrated to improve performance.
Collaborate with third-party consultants and vendors to manage system updates, integrations, and customizations.
Ensure consistent data quality and standardized processes across sites within the ERP system to align operations and maintain data integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a similar area of study, or equivalent hands-on experience.
At least 5 years of experience with Epicor ERP systems, particularly Epicor Kinetic.
Solid knowledge of ERP workflows, data models, and business operations in areas such as manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.
Experience working with Epicor Kinetic modules (e.g., Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Financials) and skills in system customization, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Competence in SQL, SSRS, or equivalent tools for crafting customized dashboards and reports.
Proven ability to resolve complex technical problems and create effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of multi-site ERP setups.
Familiarity with manufacturing, especially metal fabrication or similar industries.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with users and teams across multiple locations.
