The office coordinator will organize and coordinate office administration and the day-to-day operations of Transpire Bio Corporate office in Weston Florida, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Be responsible for the administration of the Transpire Bio Corporate office, including office environment management, office supplies procurement, management of fixed assets, administrative budgets, expenses, logistics management, etc.
Maintain the office's condition, arrange repairs, and ensure office equipment is working properly
Maintain office supplies and equipment, and order new supplies as needed
Conduct following administrative tasks: answering phones, welcoming visitors and callers, answering questions, planning and coordinating social events and travel for business, tracking orders and maintaining vendor relationships
Assist the Head of Finance in handling basic finance management activities: recording, checking and reporting on office expenses, reporting on business credit card transactions, fixed asset inventory management, etc.
Assist company employees from China in travel arrangements in the US
Connect with relevant personnel in the parent company; and maintain timely and effective information communication.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2-3 years of administrative support experience
Excellent English and Chinese (Mandarin) communication skills
Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills
Good attitude, positive, optimistic, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
The ability to work efficiently either as an individual or as a team member.
