Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage the installation of commercial water purification and filtration systems in residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise in plumbing and electrical systems, and the ability to manage contractors effectively while solving on-site challenges. This role requires a hands-on approach and the flexibility to travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Management:
Supervise and manage contractors, including plumbers and electricians, ensuring timely and quality installations.
Coordinate and oversee the installation of water purification and filtration systems in commercial and residential buildings.
Travel direct to site when required to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Technical Expertise:
Read and interpret MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings to guide contractors and resolve design issues.
Provide hands-on support for minor installation tasks when required to ensure seamless progress.
Identify and solve on-site problems related to plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with engineers and project stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical requirements and project goals.
Source and manage contractors across different states to meet project demands.
Act as a liaison between the company, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and execution.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all installations adhere to local codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Maintain a safe working environment for all site personnel.
Qualifications and Skills:
MEP Experience:
Experience working with plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems in commercial and high-rise buildings.
Proficiency in reading and understanding MEP drawings.
Management Skills:
Proven experience managing contractors, including plumbers and electricians.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to address on-site challenges effectively.
Hands-On Ability:
Comfortable performing minor support tasks when needed to keep the project on track.
Communication:
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, contractors, and clients.
Travel and Flexibility:
Willingness to travel frequently to various project sites across different states with little notice.
Adaptable to dynamic project demands and schedules.

Salary Range
$80,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience..
