Location:
Remote position with travel as needed. The ideal candidate is based in Houston, TX, so they can easily come into the office for meetings as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end integration projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with client requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships while setting clear expectations.
Collaborate closely with internal technical teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to develop project plans, define deliverables, and establish timelines.
Oversee the integration of payment processing solutions into SAP environments, ensuring seamless functionality and minimal disruption to business operations.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues, implementing proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
Conduct regular status meetings with clients, providing clear and concise updates on project progress, key milestones, and any challenges.
Prepare and present project documentation, including project plans, reports, and post-implementation reviews.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager in the fintech or payment processing industry, with a focus on client-facing integration projects.
Proven experience working with large fintech companies.
Strong background in integrating payment processing solutions into SAP environments or other ERP systems.
Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and handle challenging conversations with tact and professionalism.
Demonstrated success in leading multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities, and delivering within tight deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs and environments.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
