Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Trainer:
- Delivering high-quality training to diverse groups of individuals at various levels within the organization
- Utilizing strong computer troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues
- Learning new technologies quickly and efficiently
- Managing time effectively to meet training schedules and deadlines
- Traveling to various training sites as required
Required Skills for Trainer:
- Strong customer service and customer recovery skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable speaking to large groups of people at various levels, from entry-level to middle management
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Great attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Reliable form of transportation to get to all of the different training sites
