You will be taking over the clinical operations team, leading them through success in the oncology and immunology space. Since being founded in 2016 they have raised over 1 billion dollars. With this investment they have 3 years of cash runway. They're looking for the next fearless leader to work out of the Boston office.
The vice president of clinical operations will be responsible for:
Develop and implement the clinical operations strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Lead and build a team of clinical operations professionals, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
Prepare budget forecasts and manage the financial aspects of clinical trials, including cost control and resource allocation.
Work closely with other departments, such as commercial, R&D, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs, to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials.
The vice president of clinical operations should have the following qualifications:
7 years of senior clinical operations leadership experience in a small biotech environment
15 years of experience on the sponsor side of biotechs
Immunology and oncology experience desired
