A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a Project Manager to lead a team of resources supporting cross bore, leak survey, asset protection and emission measurement functions.
Functions include but are not limited to provision of the leadership, direction setting, skills development and performance management of a team of resources in engaged in the following :
Comprehensive video reviews of cross bore sewer inspections
Maintaining detailed records of all identified cross bores including pipeline installation year, address, photos, video etc.
Storage and review of project deliverables files
Extraction, manipulation, cleansing and analysis of raw methane data
Creation of infographics and other educational materials for customer distribution
Process and validate invoices
Manage budget accruals and variances
Dashboard creation for status reporting
Monitoring of at-risk grids for leak survey
Creation of on demand surveys
Manual leak survey entry into Maximo
Monitoring and updating leak data for emissions surveys
RFP creation for suppliers
Responsibilities:
Single POC for the stakeholder
Work with program stakeholders to clarify weekly scope(s)
Develop workload plans for each scope of work including balancing and distributing workload across team members and notifying the stakeholder where technical issues or latencies may lead to project delays
Create a continuous improvement plan that seeks out and recommends process improvements to stakeholder to proactively drive increased productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall program efficiency
Establish and manage KPIs to maintain performance and quality standards
Provide weekly and monthly status reports to stakeholders
Gather and report feedback to stakeholders
Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings to:
Review weekly goals
Assess project progress
Address challenges
Celebrate successes
Timesheet management
Handle access provisioning for new hires
Conduct orientations for new hires
Assess needs and implement onboarding and training for new hires
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction or related field
CSM, CAPM, CPM, or Six Sigma certified (green belt, black belt)
3+ years of demonstrated experience in a utility-focused project management role (high preference for natural gas)
Excellent vendor management skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
General understanding of pipeline systems and city infrastructure
Plusses:
PMP certification or pursuing PMP
Maximo (enterprise asset work management system) experience
Advanced Mobile Leak Detection (AMLD)/survey optical spectroscopy technology) experience
Methane emissions reporting experience
Gas distribution experience
Knowledge and/or experience with cross bore impingement discovery, remediation, and program administration
