This full-time, hybrid role comes with an attractive salary range of $140K-$180K and excellent benefits and perks, including:

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Senior Manager will manage employee relations matters through resolution. To give you an idea of how this role will look and feel, here is some of what you can expect to take on:
Lead sensitive and/or complex workplace employee relations investigations
Develop, drive, and coach managers on written warnings and performance improvement plans
Manage compliance with employment regulations at the federal and state level
Lead the annual affirmation of policies
Identify pertinent data analytics to assess trends and areas of risk for the firm
The ideal applicant will have a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience, preferably in professional services. Your skills and expertise should also include:
Experience guiding and managing employee relations and job performance issues
Strong facilitation skills and proven ability to influence and advise on a wide range of employee relations and HR compliance issues
Ability to communicate effectively and handle highly confidential matters with discretion
Creative and logical problem-solving and reasoning skills
Advanced technical skills and high proficiency with MS Office Suite
