Support clinical staff with in-office procedures, helping to streamline operations and improve patient care.
Implement and refine office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Manage office supplies, budget tracking, vendor relations, and administrative resources.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and state healthcare regulations.
Supervise and mentor office staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications
Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Background in healthcare administration, ideally with experience managing a medical practice.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems, general office software, and healthcare regulations.
