Responsibilities:
Answering phones on a switchboard
Greeting visitors, coordinating lunches, mail, assisting with event planning and more
Secure pricing, generate quotes, process purchase orders
Track orders, data entry, filing
Qualifications:
6+ months of office experience
Intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication skills, as well as grammar and spelling
