We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with at least 3 years of experience supporting senior executives. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Experience in supporting board members within a nonprofit or association is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Coordinate and organize board meetings, including communication with board members.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Handle confidential information and maintain a high level of discretion.
Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within a nonprofit, association, or private sector.
Experience supporting board members is highly preferred.
Experience with coordinating foreign and/or domestic travel required.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
