We are seeking an Executive Support Specialist to provide support to the Executive Vice President of Customer Care at TASC. The ES provides complex and diversified administrative support of a substantial and confidential nature to the executive and their functional area.
This is an exempt position-working core hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with agreed upon extended hours as needed, earlier or later.
This position requires travel to our Madison, WI corporate office 4-6 times a month.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide advance level administrative support and assistance to your executive and their functional area.
Extensive calendar and time management by establishing priorities and identifying issues, and use independent judgement to keep the leader informed.
Organize and coordinate leadership meetings, which include agenda and material preparation, the capturing of action items, and extensive meeting minutes.
Action Item Management - Includes scheduling time for completion, delegation of duties, following up and progressing details on the executive's behalf
Oversee management of small and well established projects.
Collaborate with leadership to coordinate, execute and maintain corporate initiatives, goals and objectives.
Compose correspondence; develop, review and edit presentations and documentation; independently research and analyze associated issues and/or compile materials needed for presentation and/or decision making purposes.
Help to create an environment fostering trust, teamwork and confidentiality.

Qualified candidates will possess:
High-level proficiency with MS Office productivity tools, including all Microsoft applications, and possess an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
Minimum of an Associate degree, preferably in Business or Administration, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 2 years professional experience in an administrative support position, preferably with experience as an Executive Assistant.
