As a part-time client experience specialist, your primary responsibility is to greet and assist clients who come to Move U. Your job is to provide excellent customer service and ensure that clients feel welcome and comfortable. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, collecting client documentation and payments, maintaining the facility's cleanliness, assisting the team, and providing administrative and marketing support.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong attention to detail. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multitask effectively.
Qualifications include:
Has experience working in a team environment and supporting clients
A strong communicator both written and verbally
Strives to be apart of a team enviroment and add to the culture
Experience with insurance and the healthcare industry is preferred
Is able to solve problems in a timely manner
Has a high-school diploma
Is comfortable working with children with varying developmental and emotional differences
