Job Description:
The ideal candidate will provide assistance to one or more executives at the organization.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the c-suite and senior management on a variety of tasks
- Manage complex scheduling and travel
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including attending to meeting logistics
- Answer and respond to voicemail, communicate messages and summarize information
- Prioritize emails, correspondence, messages and assist with responses as necessary
- Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
- Assist with light office management and organization items

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time-management skills and ability to work with strict deadlines
- Strong attention attention to detail
- Dynamic interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Proficient in various forms of technology including the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
