We have an opportunity for a proactive and detailed Executive Assistant to support the Marketing Team of a fantastic investment firm in their Manhattan, New York office!
Qualified candidates will have 3-10 years of experience in an EA role supporting a marketing or sales team within the asset management space specifically. Only qualified candidates will be contacted.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and managing communications.
Assist in project management, tracking timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing materials as needed.
Maintain files, databases, and other organizational tools.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
3+ years of executive assistant or administrative experience in a financial services environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
