Position Title: Screen Printing and Steel-Rule Die-Cutting Specialist
Location: Ferndale, MI
Compensation: $20-$35 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual with expertise in screen printing and steel-rule die-cutting to join our team. This role is integral to producing high-quality custom products for our diverse clients. The successful candidate will work in a clean, professional environment and have the opportunity to grow within a well-established company.
Key Responsibilities:
Screen Printing:
Operate screen printing equipment to produce decals, overlays, nameplates, and signs.
Mix and match inks to meet custom color specifications.
Inspect final prints for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments.
Steel-Rule Die-Cutting:
Operate die-cutting machinery to produce precise cuts for vinyl decals, overlays, and nameplates.
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Work with various materials, including vinyl, carbon fiber, and other modern substrates.
Quality Assurance:
Inspect finished products for adherence to client specifications and company standards.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with design and production teams to achieve customer requirements.
Provide training and support to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and safety within the production process.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in screen printing and steel-rule die-cutting.
Knowledge of working with vinyl, decals, and overlays is a must.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications.
Mechanical aptitude for operating and maintaining machinery.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
