Our client, a Bay Area based SaaS startup seeks a top-notch Executive Assistant to support two members of their executive team. This role will expertly manage the executives' schedules & priority list, act as an extension of the executive team, and collaborate effectively with both internal & external parties. The ideal candidate has an impressive track record of supporting C-level executives at a high-growth tech startup.

THE NITTY GRITTY:
Expertly coordinate executives' calendar, addressing any conflicting appointments and sending reminders
Develop keen sense on how to best optimize executives' time & determine priorities
Arrange domestic & international travel and prepare itineraries
Attend weekly executive meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
Handle incoming & outgoing communications with confidentiality and urgency
Create presentations & decks, prepare deliverables, and distribute meeting materials
Spearhead a wide range of internal and external communications
Plan & execute company events, offsites, and meetings
Assist with other administrative functions and ad hoc projects, as needed
THE ESSENTIALS:
5+ years of executive support experience
Experience supporting a C-level executive at a high growth tech startup required
Ability to work outside normal business hours as needed
Tech-savvy (specifically G Suite, Slack, & Zoom)
Experience working in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
Clear and professional communication style, both verbal & written
Ability to act as a excellent extension & representation of the company
Superb attention to detail and discretion
Ability to shift, adapt, and pivot when confronted with new challenges and opportunities
Fast-processing, solution-oriented approach to work
Experience working cohesively within all levels of an organization and with external stakeholders

COMPENSATION: $130k to 145k base salary + equity + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
