We are seeking a ConstructionAssistant Project Manager to join a large healthcare network in Staten Island, NY. The Construction Assistant Project Manager will be part of the capital projects team and responsible for supporting bidding, quality control, financial forecasting, and project reports.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Assists with design and construction activities within a team to realize the development vision established for the project.
Aids in planning, managing, and coordinating projects and ensuring project initiatives and timelines are met.
Assists in development of project quality standards and selection of construction delivery method.
Aids in the creation and regular reporting of project budget and cost projections.
Prepares technical reports for routine inspections and/or operation and performance problems of newly installed systems and equipment; inspects construction sites for quality control of systems installation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
1-5 years of relevant construction experience.
Salary: $65,000-$85,000
