Job Description:

We are currently seeking Project Managers to join our Account Services Department. This role involves extensive coordination with multiple departments to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects. Organizational skills and teamwork are key to success in this role. The Project Managers work along side the Account Managers and Account Directors to successfully implement our client's convention and event programs.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Oversee daily production tasks for shows, ensuring smooth operation from start to finish.
  • Schedule and manage launch meetings across departments, maintaining efficient coordination.
  • Compile detailed contact reports post-meeting, outlining next steps and ensuring deadlines are met by all relevant teams.
  • Handle production requests, coordinating with the Production and Detailing departments for pricing, timelines, and the creation of necessary drawings such as graphic elevations, electrical plans, and set-up diagrams.
  • Manage graphics production, ensuring timely approvals and clear communication of deadlines to teams and clients.
  • Oversee show service requests, ensuring all orders are placed accurately and meet client specifications for labor and setup.
  • Confirm and manage AV orders, ensuring all client content is collected and delivered to AV partners.
  • Maintain and update the catalog of client properties as needed.
  • Generate pre-show reports for each client, ensuring all internal teams are informed and prepared.
  • Manage logistics for shipping and receiving show materials, coordinating with Shop and Field Services.
  • Collaborate with departments and external partners to manage and track direct shipments for shows.
  • Travel to show sites as needed to oversee and ensure the successful execution of events.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of business experience in a related field.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to travel including weekend travel.
