We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Box Technical Resource to lead our migration from Box to other existing cloud storage platforms. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth transition and providing optimal solutions tailored to our diverse user community.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the migration of approximately 30,000 users from Box to preferred storage partners, including Microsoft OneDrive & SharePoint, Google Workspace, Dropbox, and longer-term storage solutions.
Confidently interact with the user community to understand their needs and concerns.
Evaluate and determine the best cloud storage solutions for various use cases.
Provide tailored recommendations based on user requirements and technical abilities.
Offer support to users with varying levels of technical expertise, ensuring a smooth transition.
Address and manage edge cases, particularly in internal and external communications.
Assist in consolidating multiple storage solutions to reduce confusion, support burden, costs, and security risks.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Box and other cloud storage platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to recommend effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with users at all levels.
Ability to handle complex scenarios and provide clear, concise guidance.
Experience in managing large-scale migrations and understanding the nuances of different user needs.
