POSITION OVERVIEW
The Field Supervisor provides experience, coordination, supervision and oversight of the performance of the department's personnel. The Supervisor acts as a problem solver for the in- field technicians providing technical knowledge and advice. As a supervisor, you will exercise guidance, instruction and training new and existing personnel. This is an opportunity to lead a team of great people toward great results. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for leading the Repair and Service Department to meet quality goals.
Ensure new team members are oriented to the expectations of the Company.
Provide support to field technicians for troubleshooting repairs
Assess the competency and capability of personnel by providing coaching and training.
Evaluate the capability and results ensuring that personnel meet quality workmanship standards and expectations
Oversee assignment of individuals' daily schedules
Set and maintain work standards and outline behavioral expectations to ensure employee morale and productivity
Promote, support and facilitate teamwork and foster a positive environment
Be readily available to visit job sites to ensure proper and timely repairs and work product.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Technical Operations role in the Access Control Field, specifically commercial gates.
Hands-on experience as a fully qualified, competent professional
Prior verifiable experience managing employees is required
Excellent computer skills needed including Microsoft Office
Success in driving revenue/targeted quotas attainment for a division
