Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Internal Communications team to enhance global communications across multiple channels to engage employees.
Manage editorial calendars, research and write internal stories, and align communications with external efforts when needed.
Oversee content management and implementation across emails, intranet, digital signage, newsletters, and more.
Create compelling communication materials, including articles, presentations, emails, and campaigns, to inform and inspire employees.
Develop relationships with stakeholders to amplify internal communications opportunities and successes.
Use data and metrics to evaluate communication effectiveness and improve user experiences.
Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and intranet platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Simpplr). HTML or graphic design knowledge is a plus.
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Ability to leverage digital platforms and analytics to inform communication strategies.
Innovative, creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and alignment with the organization's mission.
Bachelor's degree in social sciences or humanities with 4-6 years of communications experience.
