Primary Duties & Responsibilities
All employees are required to attend scheduled training, follow the site EHS procedures and Corporate EHS standards. This includes the use of proper protective equipment (PPE) as required by the job responsibilities.
Quality and Environmental Responsibilities
Depending on location, this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and/or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.

You will work in close partnership with our Director of Finance to support the HR, Accounting and Legal teams in administering the growing employee equity programs at the Company. This position is based in our regional headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA and will report to the Director of Finance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hands-on, end-to-end administration of the Company's equity plan(s). You will support and collaborate with internal business partners, answer employee questions regarding equity grants, releases, stock option exercises and ESPP. You will also assist and coordinate in the worldwide compliance of reporting associated with the equity programs.
