- Lead and manage the food safety and QA team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Develop, implement, and maintain food safety and quality assurance programs, including HACCP and SQF.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor team members on food safety protocols and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify potential food safety risks.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of food safety practices.
- Maintain detailed records and reports related to food safety and quality assurance activities.

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in food or beverage manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Strong auditing and food safety knowledge and experience.
- Experience with HACCP and SQF certification is preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
- Ability to work onsite and manage a local team.
