Description: HEDIS Service Associate I




This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Requires effective written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.


• Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook and the ability to type 30-40 WPM.


• Prior HEDIS experience a plus.


• Besides what is described in the job description, we are seeking an individual who is flexible, hard worker aligns with the goals and the ethic of the company and is a team player.


• Can work remotely but must be in the Tampa/Miami area (please refer to rate card to ensure candidates are submitted based on the rate they reside.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Requires High School diploma and 6 months related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Candidates who have familiarity with medical terminology, customer service, call center background and prior HEDIS experience would have priority for this position.


• Candidates must have basic Excel skills and must have the ability to type 30-40 WPM. Needs reliable transportation.
