Position Overview:
Ultimate Staffing has partnered with a construction company seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join their team in Odenton, Maryland. The ideal candidate will take charge of daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and maintaining a productive environment. Key Responsibilities:
Utilize QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and file management systems for efficient office operations.
Create and update spreadsheets for financial tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
Manage invoicing, expense reporting, and ensure accuracy in financial records.
Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
Oversee and support administrative staff, delegating tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.
Strong experience in financial tracking, invoicing, and expense management.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to create and manage spreadsheets effectively.
Prior experience coordinating with vendors and maintaining office supplies.
Leadership skills with the ability to oversee and support administrative staff.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
