Salary: $55.00 USD Hourly - $60.00 USD Hourly

Description: What you will be doing:

• Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to develop accurate and user-friendly API Implementation User Guides to provide external development teams with enough information to self-implement our APIs.
• The Implementation User Guides must include code samples, multiple use cases to help the end user choose which APIs to use and provide thorough descriptions of our API functions.
• Enhance existing API documentation to be used by internal stakeholders. Maintain internal and external facing API documentation as required with each new software release.
• Provide regular written and verbal status updates to applicable stakeholders.

Requirements: What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, with a focus on API documentation for developers.
• Experience working with a content management platform and the ability to communicate value of the platform with informative technical writing skills.
• Sharp writing skills, and ability to accept and provide editorial feedback.
• Strong understanding of APIs and programming concepts.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that uses Agile software development methodologies
