Role Description
This role is for the San Diego, CA office (Del Mar, CA) and is hybrid in office / remote and may include travel to customers and other office locations. Expectation is to have >50% of your time in the office.
Bazefield is looking for entry level / internship product design and development engineers to join the Product Management & Development team. This role is rotational. The candidate will be moving between responsibilities as required from Product Designer, to Development as well as Implementation and Support to learn the customers & industry.
The candidate for this job role will
User Research for Feature Design from internal users (implementation engineers & solution architects) as well as external (customers) users.
Work on customer deployments support and software implementation projects
Design & Coordinate feature ideas using tools like Figma or Miro
Coordinate feature development for user stories.
Program and Develop features into the application and document functionality.
