3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or materials management.
Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts: procurement, inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and other data analysis tools.
Experience with supply chain analytics and KPI monitoring Strong verbal and written communication skills to work with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, finance).
Experience in managing vendor/supplier relationships, including performance reviews and conflict resolution.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make decisions to address supply chain challenges (e.g., shortages, lead time issues).
Strong customer-centric mindset, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent demands from customers
