Responsibilities:
Perform on-site evaluations and loss control visits to identify hazards, delivering comprehensive reports with tailored recommendations for improvement.
Review and interpret claims data to design and implement effective risk management strategies.
Create and oversee customized safety documentation, training programs, and system enhancements for clients.
Oversee risk management programs to reduce claim frequency, severity, and reporting delays.
Improve the effectiveness of return-to-work programs while guiding the development and refinement of internal policies and procedures.
Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and client communications to support risk and claims management efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, or CRM are advantageous.
3-5 years of worker's compensation loss control experience.
7+ years of commercial loss control experience (non-worker's compensation).
