Title - IT Procurement Analyst
Location - Horsham, Pennsylvania
Workplace Type - Remote
Hours - Mon-Fri | 8am-5pm (East Cost Hours)
Pay Rate- $105 - $109/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Management:
Manage the procurement of IT hardware, software, and services, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and budgetary guidelines.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
Wireless Infrastructure Support:
Leverage expertise in Cisco Wireless infrastructure architecture and design, including experience with 5500 and 9800 Wireless Controllers.
Utilize Cisco Catalyst Center (formerly Cisco DNA) to maintain and optimize wireless infrastructure.
Implement and manage Cisco Spaces to enhance wireless network efficiency.
Network Design and Surveys:
Conduct wireless network design and surveys using Ekahau, ensuring optimal coverage and performance.
Analyze survey results and provide actionable recommendations for network improvements.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Develop and maintain detailed procurement records, reports, and dashboards.
Track and analyze wireless infrastructure performance, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT operations and project management, to understand requirements and deliver procurement solutions.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates and insights into procurement activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Cisco wireless infrastructure architecture and design, with hands-on experience in 5500 and 9800 Wireless Controllers.
Expertise in Cisco Catalyst Center and Cisco Spaces.
Advanced proficiency in Ekahau Wireless Design and Surveys.
Strong understanding of procurement processes within an IT infrastructure environment.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, adhering to East Coast business hours.
