LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Quality Engineer to join our client's organization in the Rolling Meadows, IL area.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain quality standards for processes, materials, and products.
Oversee product testing and data collection on quality and reliability.
Conduct internal and external audits.
Monitor supplier performance.
Investigate and resolve quality issues.
Write and review standard operating procedures.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Design and specify inspection and testing methods.
Develop quality control policies and procedures.
Manage production part approval processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
Relevant manufacturing experience.
Experience in supplier quality and development.
Strong communication skills.
Familiarity with quality control methodologies and tools.
