Job Summary:
Lohman Therapy Systems North America is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Production PlanningSpecialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our production processes and ensuring timely delivery of our products.
This is a full time, hybrid role located in West Caldwell, NJ.
After a training period, role can be remote up to 2 days/week.

What You Will Do:
Production Planning: Develop and maintain accurate production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities within our production processes.
Master Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data, including Bill of Materials (BOMs) and routings, in SAP.
Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure smooth operations.
SAP Proficiency: Leverage your expertise in SAP PP-PI to effectively manage production planning and execution.
Your Background:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, production planning, or material management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Knowledge of SAP and Lean/Six Sigma principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
APICS certification
Experience with statistical analysis tools
Advanced knowledge of SAP PP-PI
